"The Surfing Academy is designed to help you enjoy learning about the ocean through surfing"

Each day’s session begins with a discussion of the day’s currents, tides and conditions. The “Surf Academy” enforces the concept of completing a skill or activity once it is attempted.

This is more important than finishing as “the winner”. All Of Jimmy Lane’s Surf Academy graduates are winners. One on one talks, as well as group discussions, allow the coach to evaluate the surfer’s progress and determination level.

• Whether learning with a group, or in a private lesson, our coaches will help you gain the confidence to carve your niche in the oceans great waves.

• Competition training is also available.

• I believe my training camp is a sound and positive way to strengthen a person’s mental and physical fitness.

• The academy is open every year during the school summer break. Week long camps are typically 3 hours per morning.
